The Arc is the country’s largest voluntary organization committed to the welfare of all children, adults and their families with mental and physical disabilities.

Designing Accessible Communities

Designing Accessible Communities is a nonprofit organization providing information and education about accessibility to people with disabilities and to professionals in the fields of design, construction code development and enforcement.

Disabled American Veterans (DAV)

DAV is a national organization advocating on behalf of veterans with disabilities.

Easter Seals serves children and adults with disabilities, their families and communities through early intervention and child development services, vocational training and employment services.

Independent Living Center assists individuals with disabilities to achieve their maximum potential within their families and communities.

Kessler Foundation

Kessler Foundation is a public charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with physical and cognitive disabilities caused by stroke, multiple sclerosis, injuries to the brain and spinal cord, and other chronic conditions.

National Disability Rights Network (NDRN)

The National Disability rights Network is a voluntary national membership association of protection and advocacy systems and clients assistance programs. It assumes leadership in promoting and strengthening the role and performance of its members in providing quality legally based advocacy services.

Northeast Passage

Northeast Passage is a Non-profit adaptive sports and recreation program providing services to people with physical disabilities. In addition to recreation NEP provides information and resource referral, equipment rental, health promotion, and therapeutic recreation in the schools.

Project HIRED

Project HIRED is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is Assisting People with Disabilities to Gain Competitive Employment. Currently serving clients locally in the South and East San Francisco Bay Areas, Project HIRED is developing web based services to meet the needs of Employers and clients throughout the country.
